.Meeting Sensibility.

Suffering has been stronger than all other teaching, and has taught me to understand what your heart used to be. I have been bent and broken, but - I hope - into a better shape.

All I ask is that you let me spend forever feeling this way, before you take me.

.One and Only You.

The Beauty behind being Beautiful.

I don’t think enough people can quite comprehend this exactly, no matter how commonly it’s used. Beauty has many different definitions. And these definitions vary to every person speaking of it. Beauty is an opinion. Beauty is everywhere. And everyone has the right to have an opinion. Whether it is mean or nice, it’s there. Just throwing insults like being fat and etc., it gets to people. And people can’t comprehend enough how everyone has a different capacity of verbal abuse. Words hurt.

Whose to say that’s not a comment that you made, that was a joke—whose to say that doesn’t stick with the person? And actually tear them down in some type of way.

Being eye catching won’t necessarily make you feel any better about yourself. You may say you feel ugly but it doesn’t make you ugly. See, our perception of beauty and normalcy are frequently defined by what we see. Media, magazine covers—it’s everywhere. But there’s one thing to keep in mind: if one person doesn’t think you are beautiful, another will.

On occasions we all have our bad days, bad hair, and just out of place where insecurities come pouring in. Heck, I used to never believe I was good enough, I was just this horrid looking girl. And one day, I realized this is me. No plastic surgery or altercation to my face would give me a better personality. I strive to be a better person, and not judge a person by their size and appearance. To drop to assumptions and conclusions that cannot be certain or justified merely by appearance.

Jasmine Dunn said in an Body Image Project Interview,“I learned first hand that trying to change yourself in such a drastic way, trying to make yourself someone that you’re not genetically meant to be could kill you. My mom died.” and “Even the most beautiful people or the most beautiful bodies they still feel like they lack something in someway.

Sometimes you are just meant to be who you are.

“I told the referee, ‘Look at his eyes, look at his cuts,” Pacquiao said. “I did not want to damage him permanently. That’s not what boxing is about.”

And that’s how Filipinos care. True heart.

Broken?

Nothing is broken until you stop trying. But in trying, I have broken myself.

What If You Were Already My Best?

Boy: I’m going to be away for so long and I don’t want to tie you down. It wouldn’t be fair to you to stay obligated to me while there are other guys that could actually spend the time with you. If it was only a few weeks or even months, you know I wouldn’t care or worry. But this is years. It wouldn’t be fair on your part. you need to find someone better and to do that you need to let go of me and move on.

—Why do guys say this while letting go if all you ever wanted was to hold on? Don’t they realize how much you are willing to wait and just stay?

I’m not afraid of the dark
We’ve been here before.
Fallen on hard times, honey
We’ve fallen on swords.
But if a long shadow
Falls across your heart
I’ll be right here with you
I’m not afraid of the dark.
